Perissa beach

Stelios Place hotel is located at the famous Perissa black sand beach, only 2 minutes walk from the sea. Perissa offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops There is also a diving centre & watersports on the beach.

On the main road of Perissa , 2minutes walk away from Stelios Place you can find ATV rentals, car rentals, bakery, supermarket, hairdresser & beauty salon & SPA.
Bus stop is located 2minutes walk from the hotel on the main road with a frequent bus service to Fira. During the high season around every 20-30mins, and 45-60 mins in low season

"Really nice: perfect location and sparkling clean "

The place is awesome. It's sparkling clean, and Stelios and his wife are fantastic hosts. The pool is nice, and our room had a little balcony, too. The place is a 50 meter walk from the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and beach bars.

Stelios and his family were extremely welcoming and accommodating. The hotel is lovely, clean and minutes from the beach. The hotel is family run and our stay was made perfect by them all ... we will be returning.

Where to begin ? The location is perfect - extremely calm, but still very close to the beach and restaurant (3mn walk), bedrooms are clean and confortable, the swimming pool area is great and cosy and most importantly the owners are unbelievably helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved the location, loved the Stelios family, loved how clean everything was, The bus stops on the other side of the road. The black beach on Perissa just a few meters from your hotel. The swimming pool and all accommodation was lovely... Great value for money....

The situation is superb as it is only a minute from the promenade area and beach and other amenities. The owners and staff are wonderful, friendly and will do anything to help their guests. The breakfast suits all tastes and the area, near to the pool lovely and comfortable. There is absolutely nothing I could add to enhance the facilities as this is already in place. I would highly recommend the Hotel.

Location and proximity to the beach was amazing, as was the pool at Stelios Place. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were fine but basic.
