Perissa beach

Stelios Place hotel is located at the famous Perissa black sand beach, only 2 minutes walk from the sea. Perissa offers a variety of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops There is also a diving centre & watersports on the beach.

On the main road of Perissa , 2minutes walk away from Stelios Place you can find ATV rentals, car rentals, bakery, supermarket, hairdresser & beauty salon & SPA.
Bus stop is located 2minutes walk from the hotel on the main road with a frequent bus service to Fira. During the high season around every 20-30mins, and 45-60 mins in low season

Excellent location with everything you need

"Very happy "

The hotel was very nice. Staff always there to help, very close to the beach and restaurants. Room was well kept on top of by the cleaner. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

"Perissa-dise"

This place is heaven on Earth. We found our home away from home (Australia) with Stelios and Ava and we didn't want to leave. 50 metres to the beach, rooms are fantastic, pool is fantastic, but most of all, the people are just beautiful. Intend on making visits an annual thing. Honestly, I would give this place an 11 out of 10 if I could. See you in 2020 :) Other hot tips: for beach days, settle in at Aqua - they're awesome. One street back from the beach there is a little Gyros shop on the corner called Aris, which is amazing and well worth your time (we went there every day to see the sweet little Greek Yia Yia who runs it).

Where to begin ? The location is perfect - extremely calm, but still very close to the beach and restaurant (3mn walk), bedrooms are clean and confortable, the swimming pool area is great and cosy and most importantly the owners are unbelievably helpful and kind. 10/10 would recommend!

Stelios Place is special place, it is family run hotel and the feel it creates is one of genuine care for its residents. The hotel made our stay in Santorini more than just the experience of the island. I can not recommend it highly enough. We were very sad to leave and have memories which will last a life time. Can’t wait to go back!!

Stelios and his family were super friendly and helpful in advising us on what to do during our stay. The room and facilities were beautiful and spotlessly clean and the hotel is located right by the beach. The breakfast was delicious!

The situation is superb as it is only a minute from the promenade area and beach and other amenities. The owners and staff are wonderful, friendly and will do anything to help their guests. The breakfast suits all tastes and the area, near to the pool lovely and comfortable. There is absolutely nothing I could add to enhance the facilities as this is already in place. I would highly recommend the Hotel.
